Google Bought SlickLogin – A Sound Based Login Tech

Google bought sound based login technology SlickLogin over the weekend. A team of entrepreneurs from Israel made this possible. They intend to give users more comfortableness and more security. And, the login will be easy. Or, Ori & Eran – The SlickLogin team has confirmed the acquisition on SlickLogin website.

The team members didn’t stop working, even though, their friends thought they are insane. There is always success who stick to their goal. Now, they achieved it. You can place your phone near to your computer or laptop to login.

Acquiring SlickLogin enabled Google to integrate the service with their own. The team behind this new tech will work for Google. Less than a year ago they started this project to create sound based login. The team said, “we set out to improve security while still making it simple for people to log in”.

This feature will make the two-factor authentication system easily accessible. Google started this two-step verification process earlier for free. Now they can add this security measure for all of Google’s services. Perhaps users don’t need to type and submit their password any more. The unique sound will do the job.

The technology wasn’t published or available for public or commercial use yet. Google will start using SlickLogin first. Google didn’t say a word about the price for the acquisition.
