This Samsung Galaxy S4 new software update brought a a lot of improvements and fixes. Though Samsung couldn’t make more space for the user except that 80 MB. The 16 GB Samsung Galaxy S4 comes with 9.15 GB accessible memory for the user but with this new update the phone will have 9.23 GB of internal storage.

Same Problem here, I live in Lebanon, s4 i9500. All i care about is the (camera -> Phone restart) problem.
is it fixed in the new update or only the space issue is addressed.
