Meaning you can have all the benefits of the sensor and DRIMe V image processor in a compact body. As for the price, it is cheaper. If you couldn’t get a NX1 because of the price, you can consider getting an NX500. If you are living in the USA, you can pre-order Samsung NX500 (EV-NX500ZBMJUS) camera + 16-50mm Power Zoom OIS lens from Samsung’s own website or from other retailers for $799.99.

The NX500 is a fantastic upgrade over the NX300 model and available in three different colors (Black, Brown & White). You can record 4K UHD video with great detail at 24fps. NX AF System III delivers super fast auto-focusing with 205 phase detection points.

The camera comes with 3″ Super AMOLED touch screen display, delivers crisp & clear images or videos. The Samsung NX500 comes with Samsung NX mount system and there are a wide range of lenses available for amateur to professionals. The highest shutter speed is Auto: 1/6000 – 1/4sec. Manual: 1/6000 – 30sec. And, you have Bulb mode if you want to take full control over your shutter or if want to keep it open for longer than 30sec.

You can take 9fps continuous brust shot with NX500, down from 15fps on NX1. Also ISO is 100-25600 can be expanded up to 51200.
