Hi Saddam, have you tried this charger? It’s a very good price so I was wondering whether you are actually recommending it for a Nexus 5.

Hi Garry, unfortunately I didn’t buy this charger. Yes, it can charge Nexus 5 and other compatible devices. Not bad for the price. The official Nexus wireless charger is expensive and out of stock at the moment in the UK.

Saddam, I took your advice and bought this charger. It seems to work very well. The Chinese/English instructions are a bit of a nightmare so I haven’t worked out what the flashing LEDs mean yet.At the moment it is flashing blue and green in alternation with 61% charge. Overall it seems very good and certainly starts charging my Nexus 5 as soon as it is placed on the mat. Cheers for the recommendation – very cheap at £15.
