Samba Mobile Shuts Down Their Service After 2 Year Operation

28th April 2014 by TLHD

Samba Mobile today sending emails to their customers about shutting their service. They have been operating their MVNO service for a little over 2 years in the UK. They removed all the contest from their website and instead, showing some information about the immediate shutdown.

Samba Mobile Shuts Down with Thank You Message

Samba Mobile not going to refund all the customer’s money. Only customers who bought a SIM or Dongle in April 2014 will receive a refund in their PayPal account. So, if you bought any of them this month expect a refund in your account. Even, you will get refund if you bought any cash top-up. In this case they will deduct the money you already used for internet.

I own one of their SIM card too and was enjoying their free mobile internet service on my PiPO M9 MAX 3G tablet. Sadly, can not use it anymore. Need to look for a new one. At the end, they are referring their customers to broadbandgenie.co.uk to compare mobile broadband price.
