Finally, cheap Google Android One smartphone launched in India today. Google talked about this phone back in I/O 2014. They are offering three Android One flavoured Karbonn Sparkle V, Micromax Canvas & Spice Dream to Indian customers. Soon, they will launch the phone to other Asian countries (Bangladesh, Indonesia, Pakistan, Philippines, Nepal & Sri Lanka) by the end of this year. And to more countries in the beginning of 2015.

Google Cardboard, a cheaper version of Oculus Rift VR (Virtual Reality) glasses. Works great with 4-7″ (inch) Android phones. Google came up with this inexpensive way to use VR and get 3D few months ago. You just need to download an app from Play Store and follow the instructions. And you are ready to use this. Since then, China have been manufacturing & selling plenty of Google Cardboard DIY kit. As time passed, they are adding more feature in these cardboard kits.

Google started selling Google Glass Explorer Edition in UK for £1000 from 23rd of June 2014. Every explorer buying a Google Glass will get a free frame or shade to use with it. And, you can get your prescribed glass too. Google also listed plenty of accessories, pouches to sell separately.
Google Now cards will remain active while offline
Google Search app for Android got an update with offline support. Google posted on their Google+ page about this new update. You need to have the latest Google Search app to use this feature.
