Yesterday Google announced Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for Android devices with a press event titled “Breakfast with Sundar Pichai”. Android users have been waiting for this update for a long time, before the Google I/O 2013. A lot of us expected to hear about it in in IO13 but Google didn’t announce it. So, 24 July 2013 mark the day of Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS update. This is an incremental update from Android 4.2 but with a lot of improvement, bug fixes and amazing graphics experience for gamers. The new Nexus 7 will be the first to run Android 4.3 and it will be shipped with this update installed.

Google Play Store got updated again from 4.1.10 to 4.2.3 version. There are few changes on this version and updates. Google updated the web Play Store with card style UI 2 days ago. That was a major update for the Google Play Store web. Artem Russakovskii from Android Police found this updated Google Play Store 4.2.3 from the system dump of a Nexus 4 running Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.
Download Updated Google Maps 7.0.0 – Get The New Version of Maps
Finally Google has started rolling out the new version of maps for Android devices. Google Maps 7.0.0 is now ready for download. This updated Maps comes with a redesigned UI and new feature and update. You now can use the new desktop version of Google Maps on your Android. Not all the devices got this update yet. Until I updated my one to the newest version my Google Maps was showing version 6.14.4 (#6140400) on my Galaxy Nexus.
