Samsung launched their Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge on 14th April 2015. The phones were launched with Android 5.0.2 Lollipop. Now, Android has updated and Google unveiled Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P, later on they released the AOSP source code. There are now few Android phones running on Android 6.0. Some of the phones are in line to get the update soon. Samsung already started in Korea and now in UK the beta testing earlier of Android 6.0 on Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge and are in line for the public release in January 2016. Google Pixel C Full Technical Details
Google released Pixel C 10.2″ Android tablet with 2 different models of bluetooth keyboard to go with it. Google designed the tablet 100% by themselves. Here is Pixel C full technical details. This is the official specs and has not been altered in anyway.
Pixel C – First Google Designed Android Tablet
Google released their first 10.2″ (inch) Android tablet Pixel C in the market with Android 6.0 Marshmallow. There are plenty of tablets available in the market, even Google already released some Nexus line tablets. But, those were not designed by them. Pixel C is beautifully designed, lightweight and promised to give you about 10 hours battery life. The tablet is on sale for £399 in the UK and $499 in the US for the 32GB model.
Samsung Released Gear VR for £80 in the UK
Gear VR, a fun and amazing virtual reality gadget. Samsung teamed up with Oculus and already released Gear VR Innovator Edition, been selling them for £170. They released a new version which supports a range of Galaxy devices at half of the price. The £80 price-tag is much more appealing, since I wanted one for my Galaxy S6 Edge, and the Innovator Edition seemed quite expensive for me. Now, looks like I can get one too.
Web Browser for Gear VR Launched in Oculus Store
Samsung released a web browser called Internet for VR optimized for Gear VR. Gear VR is the virtual reality device which gives you 360-degree content and experience. The device was launched earlier. Consumers could only play and watch the amazing videos from local storage, YouTube and other HTML5 videos from the web. Also, they could play games and use a bluetooth game controller, but didn’t have the access to the web with a browser.
